Cancellation Policy

Classes can be freely cancelled outside of the cancellation window which is 4 hours for PM classes and 8 hours for AM classes. You get one ‘free’ cancellation per billing period, any additional late cancellations will incur a small fee of $5. You can manage your bookings via the booking ap. Text messages, emails and social media messages can be missed so are not effective methods for cancellations and can not be accepted. Thank you

No Show Policy

A “no show” is when you do not turn up for your booked class. A no show fee of $10 will occur in the instance of a no show.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is fully booked you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, you can automatically be moved from the waitlist into the class up to 1 hour before the class start time. You will be notified of this via your chosen method. We highly recommend to opt in to text message notifications so you can receive the notice promptly. By adding yourself to the waitlist you are committing to attend the class if a position should become available. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist via the booking ap.
